Hooks that say how much.
A transfer hook can only allow a transfer or refuse it. Tokens on the Hooked standard live in a program built for hooks, on a DEX built for them: a hook can take a cut, burn part of a trade, pay holders and set the fee for each swap, and it keeps working for the life of the token.
