Rules
Plain. No token rules; the creator fee and the sniper fee every launch has. Every launch also has a 0.3% pool fee and a sniper fee on buys that starts at 80% the moment trading opens and falls to the pool fee over 30 seconds. Both go to Hooked's buyback, in SOL, along with a quarter of what the creator fee and holder rewards collect. 75% of the 1B supply goes on the curve; the rest is paired with the curve's SOL as liquidity when the token graduates. Launching costs 0.01 SOL plus about 0.03 SOL of account rent. Tokens of the standard don't show in wallet apps: holders see them on Hooked's portfolio page.
