Tokens that pick sides.
Treaties between Hooked tokens, written on-chain and enforced by the tokens themselves on every trade. Allies' holders skip each other's buy limits, rivals' holders are shut out, and a rival can be put under siege. Each token's holders vote on all of it.
Reading every treaty book…
How it works
Holders of an allied token (at least the amount the treaty sets) skip this token's buy limits: caps, max per wallet, trading windows. Never its app-only route, blocklist or anti-bot protection. Mutual when both tokens sign, or granted one way.
Holders of a rival token (at least the set amount) can't buy this one. Selling and sending are never touched.
A token that has declared another its rival can pay 0.1 SOL a minute (up to an hour) to cap every buy of it at 0.1% of supply. Anyone can break a siege early for 1.5x what's left. All of it goes to Hooked's buyback and burn.
A creator only chooses at launch whether the token joins; a token already launched joins only if 20% of its supply votes for it. After that its holders run it: a holder with 0.1% of the supply proposes, everyone votes with their tokens, and a motion passes after at least 1 hour once 10% of the supply votes for it and the votes for are more than 2x those against. Hooked's keeper then signs it on-chain.
Every rule is in the tokens themselves: each joined token's hook reads its treaty book on every trade, on every DEX. Docs
