Nobody can simply buy it. A wallet can only buy once it already holds some, and the only way to get your first tokens is for a holder to send you some. It starts with the creator, who sends tokens to the first wallets; each of them can then buy and can infect anyone they like by sending tokens on. A wallet stays infected while it holds the token: sell or send away everything and it has to be sent some again. Selling is never restricted, and it trades on any DEX.
